This bold and beautiful skirt is made from a crisp cotton batik in reds and oranges with a gold metallic turtle print. Accented with five rows of black satin ribbon in varying widths and two hand cut feather appliques in coordinating gold metallic fabric, it is sure to be a stunner!

The waist on the skirt is soft elastic for a wider range of sizing, and all seams are professionally finished. The skirt is full, square cut, and LYING FLAT measures as follows:

~Waist: to measure- I will cut the elastic just for you, and it will accommodate up to 40 inches not counting wearing ease.
~Hips: up to 40″
~Length: 32.5″
~Hem circumference: approx 60″
~Skirt width laying flat: Approx 30″
