This striking skirt is made from a soft cotton batik in hues of blue. Accented with six rows of satin ribbon in teals, blues, and purple and two hand cut feather appliques in coordinating gold metallic fabric, its bold and bright colors will make a statement no matter the occasion!

The waist on the skirt is soft elastic for a wider range of sizing, and all seams are professionally finished. The skirt is very full, square cut, and LYING FLAT measures as follows:

~Waist: to measure- I will cut the elastic just for you, and it will accommodate up to 60 inches not counting wearing ease.
~Hips: up to 60″
~Length: 32.5″
~Hem circumference: approx 86″
~Skirt width laying flat: Approx 43″
