Keep heritage flourishing and the Native American spirit alive by dressing in authentic Native designed and created pieces! Designed and sewn by a tribal member, this beautiful professional quality ribbon skirt is perfect for tribal powwows, special ceremonies, or other occasions.
This stunning skirt is made from beautiful beadwork inspired fabric designed by Kaija Heitland, Métis tribal member and owner of Indigenous Nouveau. The fabric is *organic* quilting cotton, manufactured in North America and printed in Canada, and I’m proud to be able to offer a few skirts created from these fabrics.
The waist on the skirt is soft elastic for a wider range of sizing, and all seams are professionally finished. Generously sized side-seam pockets are perfect for any small items that you want carry with you. The fabric is a design of roses in pretty pinks and golden yellows on pale blue, trimmed with seven rows of ribbon in pink, yellow, and green. The skirt is extra-full, square cut, and LYING FLAT measures as follows:
~Waist: to measure- I will cut the elastic just for you, and it will accommodate up to 55 inches not counting wearing ease.
~Hips: up to 55″
~Length: 25.5″
~Hem circumference: approx 80″
~Skirt width laying flat: Approx 40″
